YSIL-6 is a basic research project to develop novel low molecular IL-6 inhibitors for the treatment of Rheumatoid arthritis. We have confirmed that YSIL-6 products inhibit IL-6 or TNF-alpha dose dependently. We also demonstrated the effects of YSIL-6 products on Rheumatoid arthritis animal models. Based on this data, we continue to investigate YSIL-6 product derivatives to increase cytokine inhibitory activity without side effects.
